•About the Department: The undergraduate teaching in Electronics in Katwa College, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman was introduced as a general course in 1986. The college authority and the University of Burdwan noted with attention that after completion of the graduation degree, majority of the students those who have opted electronics as a subject, got services in broadcasting, defence, metrological departments, power industries and electronic instrumentation industries. Looking into these opportunities, the Department of Electronics was established in this college.

1.  Three years Major course in Electronics (NEP)

2.  Three years Minor course in Electronics (NEP)

3. Three years General course in Electronics (CBCS)
